GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist
Survodutide reconstitution calculator
Survodutide is commonly supplied as 5 mg, 10 mg vials. Pick a vial size and a water volume to see the concentration and what each syringe mark holds. Enter a target amount to see the draw. This page does not suggest any amount.
Work backwards: pick how many syringe units you want each draw to be, and the calculator tells you how much water gives that concentration.
Example values shown. Larger draws (10 units or more) are easier to measure accurately than very small ones.

About Survodutide
Survodutide is an investigational once-weekly dual agonist of the glucagon and GLP-1 receptors, studied for obesity and fatty liver disease. In the phase 3 SYNCHRONIZE-1 trial, adults without diabetes lost 16.6% of body weight at the 6.0 mg dose among those who stayed on treatment.
Survodutide calculator questions
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 5 mg Survodutide vial?
The calculator does not prescribe a volume; the right choice depends on how large you want each draw to be. As arithmetic: 5 mg in 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, so each unit on a U-100 syringe holds 25 mcg. Use the “Water to add” tab to work backwards from a draw size.
What concentration does Survodutide have after reconstitution?
Concentration is the vial mass divided by the water volume. For example, 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL. Check the certificate of analysis for net peptide content, which is usually lower than the label.
